RETURNS:
We are confident you will be more than pleased with your
Ibex purchase. If however, you need to return your purchase for a
refund or exchange please complete the Merchandise Return Form included with your order. Our normal shipping rate of
$6.00 will be applied to merchandise exchanges. Returns or exchanges
caused by an error on our part will not be assessed additional shipping
and the cost of returning the item(s) to us will be reimbursed. If you
