We fully guarantee the service we provide to all our customers. While we all strive for perfection, we also know that errors can occur. Ibex service representatives are empowered to resolve any service related issue and in doing so, ensure a prompt and more than satisfactory resolution on behalf of our customer.
DELIVERY:
For standard deliveries we use FedEx Ground which usually takes between 3-5 business days depending on the delivery address. If you are in a hurry, we offer FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2 Day service for an additional charge. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO or Post Office box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Certain Alaskan addresses will be shipped via Priority Mail. For International Shipping Policies Click Here.

We do not offer FedEx Ground Shipping to Alaska or Hawai
RETURNS:
We are confident you will be more than pleased with your Ibex purchase. If however, you need to return your purchase for a refund or exchange please complete the Merchandise Return Form included with your order. Our normal shipping rate of $6.00 will be applied to merchandise exchanges. Returns or exchanges caused by an error on our part will not be assessed additional shipping and the cost of returning the item(s) to us will be reimbursed.
