Named after the Austrian village of Loderers from where it originated
in the 16th century. Ibex Loden is still made in Austria and is a
densely knit fleece that is modernized by an exclusive cold-water
process. This protects the natural lanolin in the fiber making it more
weather and stain resistant as well as more environmentally friendly.
